During your stay, you must follow a basic safety code.
The door will be open, the keys will be in the door lock.
When leaving, please leave the key in the lock.
The property is fully electrified (220V) and connected to standard networks including WIFI. There is a fully equipped kitchen including a refrigerator, dishwasher, induction hob, electric oven, coffee maker and complete equipment for your culinary needs (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar).
There is a toilet and a bathroom at your disposal. The building is heated by a hanging fireplace and an infrared heater, which you can use to regulate the temperature in the building even at night if you do not heat the fireplace.
The bedroom (2x double beds, 130 cm wide) is located in the gable of the building in a loft design, which is enriched with a safe relaxation area, namely a climbing net at a height of 3.5 m.
The Humno also includes a large outdoor terrace, into which a heating and cooling vat is inserted. The vat itself runs on wood. When heating, it is necessary to use only dry wood, which we will prepare for you in advance. After heating, it is desirable to maintain the fire by regularly adding fuel every 30-40 minutes. It takes about 3-4 hours for the vat to heat up to approximately 27°C, depending on the weather outside. On request, we can prepare the vat in advance.
